Today’s an odd one... I have a day off from work, exciting right?! Not always when you have anxiety... you plan stuff, great, but if it sets you off it can be a spiral... I should be studying... however I have to wait for a phone call at 12... we all know what anxiety can be like when you have to wait for something, especially something that’s not enjoyable, I was up at 8 and I’m still stuck to the sofa, unable to function, unable to complete the daily takes I have to do, washing, tidying, preparing for work tomorrow... 😖 or enjoy being 25!! All of this mounts up becoming harder to move! . I have an online gym class at 2.30 something to look forward too?
