First of all, hello to everyone. Iβm Olivia or Liv, whichever you prefer. I come from the odd land of Germany, Iβm 24 and I love unnecessary headcanons for my characters so - beware. Iβll write Anya, this little russian troublemaker. Let me introduce her.
THE STORY
Anya is the eldest Romanova but it barely means anything to her. Already as a child, she liked to explore the world outside her privilege. A mindset that often made her late to attend any important event and when she showed up, there were stains on her dress. A little girl who looked like a doll but acted nothing like it. Choosing to spend her time amongst the staff, she learned skills none of her teachers taught her, surprising those around her on more than one occasion. Growing up, her family often tried to talk her into shape, trying to reason with the dark-haired girl who already quietly planned her next adventure.
While in her childhood she was shameless in her desires, her teens proved there was a bashful side to the Princess - or at least she could pretend long enough. Duties came with her title and given the love and respect towards her family, she was old enough to realize her escapades didnβt reflect upon herself only. And thus, she did everything which was asked of her with a smile on her face but her true colors seemed to shine at dusk when the gowns came off, the hair flew loose and she could laugh louder, speak wittier, and be addressed as Anya - Anya only.
When it was time for her brother to marry and carry on the title of Tsar, it seemed a quiet outrage slithered through Russia and the family as he married for a seemingly outrageous reason - love. But for Anya? It was the most interesting choice one could make in a world filled with politics, intrigue, and lies. Although not smart, she saw it in an admirable light.
However, her tolerance turned into outspoken support when her motherland was shaken by the plague. Narrow-mindedness was always a thorn in her eye and to blame a union for the conditions of the world wasnβt a word of the wiser. Through suffering, pain, and death she believed supporting one another was the solution - not finding someone innocent to blame.
The times were tough and during the seeming end of the world, Anya found herself grateful for her position for the first time in her life. She had a voice and power which she used to help those who had none of it. Once again, advice was given to keep away, look out for herself, and once again, she ignored all of it.
Just when it seemed like nothing would ever become normal again, crops began to grow, the number of those sick decreased and suddenly it was time to go to France. Leaving home came as a surprise but Anya was hungry for something more and frankly, she couldnβt wait to find a new focus on her life. Although while most arrive with hopes for discussions, she canβt help but hope for some grand adventure.
THE GIRL
Anya is very outspoken, quick-witted, and feisty. She rarely can take no for an answer and frankly, often sees it as a challenge. Over time she became a bit of a Cameleon, adapting to the needs of her family but staying true to herself. She learns easily and loves acquiring new skills. While her need for adventures might be a bit self-centered, she truly cares about Russia and her family. If it came down to it, sheβd sacrifice a lot to helps others. She is caring and wouldnβt put anyone in serious danger based on her whims - although she isnβt as careful with herself. As a teenage girl, she was a bit of a fool, often leading people on in mindless romances which would never stick. Court gossip and personal lives of the royals and nobles around her are of no interest to her. She could know of every single affair and scandal happening and not even whisper about it to herself because she simply does not care. Most of them already have everything at their fingertips and create their own problems. While it might be a bit cynical, it also makes her a great secret keeper. She loves playing card games and racing horses and she loves winning at both even more.
