We’ve seen Yona’s hair grow, but how are the other party members cutting their hair?

“Kija’s and Jae-ha’s hair has actually grown a bit. (I also make it shorter every now and then by mistake.) They cut their own hair or ask the others to cut it for them, and every now and then Pukkyuu too [has a hand in it]…” [the implied meaning here I guess is that she eats it…]
