Sell your fan art legally on teepublic!

Hey you lovely artist folks, so it can be scary selling fan art sometimes cause it’s unlicensed and can get pulled off sites or worse if the IP owner is a jerk but if it will take some strain off Teepublic just launched their Fan Art Program that means you can sell your designs on merch and get your full commission and it’s all legal and licensed. that means you can sell your fan art without fear of legal repercussions!

Teepublic can’t license your work from every fandom but they’ve gotten permission from a lot of big properties including Adventure Time, Rick & Morty, Steven Universe and Star Trek (there’s a full list of all the brands here). So if you create fan art for any of the fandoms on the list and are nervous about selling it check them out, you can sell your art legally and on a huge platform. There are some basic guidelines for each brand but overall it seems pretty cool. You can read more about it here.
