My loves!!! I am so sorry I’ve been absent, I wish I could keep up with this blog as much as I used to. I felt I should explain for why I haven’t. It’ll be under a “read more” for possible triggers, just fair warning. 

Before the bad stuff, I want to tell you one other reason I’ve been absent: I’m writing a book! I think I mentioned it at least once on here a while back, and as you can imagine it takes up a fair amount of time. It’s a collection of poetry & prose, about the last decade of my life and my mental health journey. If you want to know more about that, feel free to ask! I’d love to hear from you.

Onto the main reason....

5 days ago I attempted suicide. The passed few months have been especially hard on me and on Sunday I just couldn’t take it anymore. I won’t get into it more than that if you’re sensitive to triggers, but I was put under a 72 hour watch to ensure I was safe and no longer a threat to myself. 

My recovery has taken a huge hit the passed few months, even more so this week. But I’m focusing on getting better, I’m focusing on my writing so that maybe I could help someone else out there who’s going through similar things. 

I’m not abandoning this blog at all, but please understand that I need time to focus on my recovery. :)
