Deciding to open up commissions! I will be accepting up to 5 for now. First come, first serve!

COMMISSION INFO

▪ If you want to commission me, email me at [email protected]. ▪ Make sure you include the following:

Type of commission you want (such as chibi, head, full, etc).

Character you want me to draw (include the series/anime/manga or if it is an OC). Try to describe them as much as possible!

Include references or a links to references if possible.

If you desire, you can describe the pose or scenario they are in.

▪ I will be using invoices via PayPal in order to process your orders. This means I will need an email to send the invoice to. ▪ I reserve the right to refuse any commissions.

PROCESS AND PAYMENT

▪ Once I accept your commission, I will show you sketches/small previews of the commission until you are satisfied. This requires an email as that will be the method of how I show progress. ▪ After the sketch/preview is approved, the full amount must be paid. Once the payment is processed, I will start the commission.  ▪ I will send previews of progress via email occasionally in order for you to voice adjustments (during lineart and base color stages)

USE OF COMMISSION

▪ You may use the finished commission for your own personal use as long as you do not claim it as your own and/or do not use it for your own profit. ▪ You are not allowed to edit, modify, trace, or copy and claim it as your own. ▪ I reserve the right to post the finished commission and/or progress of the commission on my social media. 

REFUND POLICY

▪ All sales are final. ▪ You may cancel your commission before making the full payment. ▪ If you request a Paypal chargeback after your commission has been finished and submitted to you, you are relinquishing all rights to your commission and I will be forced to take legal action.

Questions: PART NINE

How many writers will artists be paired up with?

One. This is due to the low number of writers we currently have.

It’d be nice if artists could get a look at the pairings/characters writers plan to write before signing up. Maybe the list could be posted a week or so before artists sign ups end? Especially before committing to a 50k fic.

Writing does not have to be very long. Our ONLY requirement for writing is that those writing drabbles must write 3-5 drabbles. Everyone is being sorted according to their responses on the applications which will ask for what ships, characters, and/or preferences you have. The whole purpose of the event is so that we partner you up with a person/group that has similar taste to you so that you both can decide on a project that you both will enjoy together.

If I’m not as active will i get yeeted?

Depends on what you mean by active. If you aren’t working on the project with your partner(s), you will get booted because it isn’t fair to them. If you’re working solo, do as you wish so long as you follow the guidelines, my dude.

how is the collaborating process going to work? will it be through contacting one another and such?

We will be partnering/grouping everyone. We will give you each others’ contact info and you will talk to each other about the project and figure out what you are planning to create. We will contact you all weekly to see how you are doing and help out if needed but for the most part, it will be you and your partner contacting each other however you need to (since some of you might be partnered with someone from Instagram or only on Discord for example)

Is this like a compilation of all the animations/videos/arts in 1 video?

No. This is us grouping people and you guys working on a project together, contributing work from all of your medias (writing/cosplay/art/etc). We will however try to organize everything onto a PDF for everyone to have!

Would it be possible, as an artist, to request to be assigned to a certain character/ pairing? Because I find it hard to do something meaningful for characters I don’t have a connection with, and I really don’t want to disappoint anyone, including myself haha

We will be asking what characters/pairings you prefer and partner you with someone who has similar/same character/pairing interests! Don’t worry.

There are no set requirements. We do ask you have some experience in writing (as in you’ve written something at all) and if you plan to do drabbles, write 3-5. We will ask for examples of your work on the application! 

is this zine will be printed and will the applicators get a provit? well either yes or no, I will still stick out! This sounds really funn ∠( ᐛ 」∠)＿

This is a non-profit project being hosted solely to bring people together and revive the fandom. Nobody will be getting monetary profit.

I was wondering why don't you guys make it work like a typical Big Bang event? Wherein partners are decided after writers give summaries and artists choose their favorite ones. Also, where writers aren't required to give a sample of their work to apply. (See: Tododeku Big Bang Rules and Info)

Because most big bangs tend to be specific to a ship, character or theme, your example is for one ship. We want to make this as inclusive as possible to the whole fandom. Furthermore having people collaborate creates more interaction in the fandom which is important to maintain the longevity of it.
