• fresh crêpes or waffles with berries, maple syrup and powdered sugar

• freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice

and are enjoyed together with:

• a calm state of mind

• lovely thoughts and affirmations

• a beautiful view

• a bouquet of my favourite flowers

• darling sets of plates, tea service and cutlery

• classical music or the sounds of nature

• “romantic academia”-style meetings inside museums and libraries: art viewing and commenting, picking out stunning literary editions for our next club meetings, admiring the beauty of old ages and masterpieces

• self-care Sundays: croissants, hot cocoa and old movies 💌
