everyone in the tag for my faaavorite thing is being REALLY annoying lately </3 there are a lot of new people (normally i’d be happy about this), but they have the most horrendously bad takes and just generally obnoxious behavior. it’s like having a rude houseguest who won’t leave. counting down the days til they get bored with it, i guess.

Hey I hope you're doing okay Mod H! The wildfires going on are no joke, I got an emergency alert on my phone about the air quality and smoke and I'm in the US. Keeping y'all in my thoughts, I hope it clears up soon without too much more damage 😥🇨🇦♥️

Yeah they fortunately aren't where I live (last summer we had lots by now so I'm hopeful all the rain we've had this July will keep them at bay) but we have had smoke from the next province over from time to time but theirs are under control now I believe. Hopefully those with lung issues are safe 😕

Hi! Sender of the "can a fictional work be good art without major themes" poll: I failed to communicate this in the original poll, but when I said major themes, I meant "strong, coherent messages that were somewhat intentional on the part of the author and that the story was crafted around". Of course every fictional work has major themes, but I'm referring to cases in which the creator specifically went in with a deeper idea to communicate and created the story according to that purpose.

Hey Mod H! I recently submitted a poll on anon about the possibility of taking refresher driving courses every set number of years... but for the life of me I suddenly can't remember if I included a no option 🫣 no worries if you don't see this before it posts or if you can't find it (I submitted it last weekend if that helps!), at the end of the day it's just a tumblr poll, but if you happen to have the time to check for it and add a no option if there isn't one I'd appreciate it! (May or may not have witnessed some questionable driving decisions that day when I submitted it lol)

With Tumblr? It could be anything lol.. I've always added polls when the submitter doesn't include them so I'm hoping this is a silly glitch and won't happen again 😃
