what’s your favorite book and why?

ok this is a children’s book, but i’m in love with it: The Little Princei’ve only read it recently but it’s by far one of my favorites. you ever read something that has you so immersed in the words that the world around you morphs into the story? bc that’s how this book makes me feel. i love the character of the prince and how he’s such a foil to the man, it’s such a perfect balance. i personally see myself as the man, reminiscing my childhood upon meeting someone like the prince. i think the book also illustrates the innocence of children and how society molds them to grow up in a specific way. and the rose really reveals the side of love that some people don’t want to point out. i think this answer is exceeding your question, but please give it a read and enjoy it as much as i did :)
