I broke down crying because, to me, my chest bones don’t look as prominent as before. Idk. I mean, maybe it was the lighting, maybe my mind is playing tricks on me, but im gonna avoid looking at myself until I feel like I’ve been doing well on my diet & feel skinny again.
I wanna be mad at ppl around me, everyone knows Ive dealt with ED & they’re kinda pushy that I eat, but at the end of the day, it’s no one’s fault. No one was forcing the food down my throat. I have to get it together, be strict, disciplined & strong and say No to eating.
