Sherlock: There’s an old Chinese proverb… lies are like tigers. They are BAD.
Greg: That’s it?
Sherlock: It’s more poetic in Mandarin.

The tiny café huddled despondent among the huge city buildings, it’s decisively yellow paint glistening in the first golden rays of the day. He could see the rain drops clinging, jewel-like to the name, “The Breakfast Club”. Outside the sidewalk that would bustle in a few short hours was quiet, the concrete oblivious to whether it was midday or midnight. His face smirked upwards at the sight of the flower planter to the right, the city had put in new blooms that would give the crowds flashes of gentle aquamarine and light-hearted pink through the springtime. If he stopped walking, he could almost hear the heartbeat of the city, quiet, like the ticking of an old grandfather clock.
Washed out under the overcast sky, the café hunched in itself, fighting against the drizzle. Hundreds of people rushed by it, outside on the crowded street. The half a dozen customers glanced up as the door hung open, heralded by a bitter blast of April showers. Much like the outside, the interior of the café was warm and cherry, with bright lights and colorful walls. The customers returned to their conversations as the door swung closed behind him and the breeze was forgotten. He looked rather ordinary today, but that was the point. He did not want to stand out in his best Westwood suits today. Today he needed to get some work done. So he was dressed simply in jeans, a cotton t-shirt and bomber jacket, his attaché case replaced with a slouchy backpack.
He slid into a booth as all around him other diners talked ever louder, competing with one another to be heard above their collective din. He removed his elbows from the table top and sat a little straighter. What must they talk about in their ordinary lives? Relationships, the ebb and flow of social understanding between one person and the next. So and so was sleeping with her tennis instructor, but had hardly touched her husband in months. Work, the constance repetitive punching in and punching out, never going anywhere, no promotions, no incentive to keep going except to survive and pay the rent. There were other topics of conversation, each as boring as the next. It set his teeth on the grind setting as the shifting alliance of talkers and listeners, performers and audience members upset his internal harmony.
He called it his intolerability test. From the corner of his eye he caught a young woman starting at him from the corner of hers. Her lanky mousey hair falling into ribbons about her color-drained t-shirt. In her hands she held a small carbonless guest pad and a black ink pen; medium point, 0.7mm which delivered a bold, smooth line to assist with constant neat handwriting. She was the waitress. She spoke to him with the usual manner of pleasantries before hurrying away. He was no one to her and she was no one to him, just another customer. That was the way he liked it.
He pulled out his laptop as he waited for the food that she would inevitably bring. He opened it and put in the passcode to his email account. There were always a multitude of them, some rather boring, others pleasantly interesting but just as much above his notice as below it. That was the benefit of running one’s own business, he selected only the privileged few to help. No one could say that he was discriminatory, not in his line of work. If he didn’t want your crime, he didn’t have to take it and no one would be any the wiser.

Sebastian and James had had the most mercurial, erratic sex in the late hours of the evening, exposed against the hardwood floors of 18 Conduit Street as life roared on outside, howling their allegiances to each other so boorishly, fucking so viciously. Yet in the early morning light, when all seemed well and the twisted evil of what they had done no more than a mere memory Sebastian was reserved. He shied away from him like an insect from a spider, desperately trying to flit away, but to no avail. He had marked him and together they would run London crime, owning police and criminals alike.
James Moriarty cursed under his breath as he heard the front door open and closed. Gone again, like a wind in the grass. He would certainly have to keep closer watch on his tiger from now on. He couldn’t always be disappearing when he needed him or when he thought things became to wretched and terrifying for his mind to bear. Unpredictable as he was, Jim was not to be teased, it was a dangerous game, like Russian roulette. He with spin the cylinder and only the devil knew where the bullet lay. He groaned feeling the hot water kiss each bruise, admiring it for what it was. Ownership.
From now until the day one of them died they would be a one-stop shop for all things illegal, from murder to high-class heists. Moriarty and Moran would have a stream of nefarious visitors to their Conduit Street rooms, from zealots, to bloodthirsty despots. And they would belong to each other.
monsters don’t live happily ever after, but when your lips brushed against his, you almost believed you could.

John and Sherlock having the slowest, softest sex in the early hours of the day, buried beneath two blankets and a comforter as morning dew drizzles down the window, whispering their love to each other so quietly, touching so reverently. Kisses fall to skin like gentle raindrops, fingers lacing together fitting perfectly as always, clutching bare skin to bare skin, thighs wrapped around hips, fingers curled in fringe. Love falls easily from damp lips tenderly, affection mirrored in gazes, nothing urgent about any touch exchanged any word spoken; it’s calm and blissful and beautiful.
Sebastian and James having the most mercurial, erratic sex in the late hours of the evening, exposed against the dignified mahogany desk as thunder roars outside the window, howling their allegiances to each other so boorishly, fucking so viciously. Bites pierced skin like a thousand needles, nails digging into flesh as always, clutching bare skin to bare skin, hands wrapped around throats, crushing Adam’s apples. Worship falls easily from bruised lips, reverence mirrored in gazes, nothing gentle about any touch exchanged any word spoken; it’s violent and wretched and beautiful.
The Moriarty Papers: The Schemes and Adventures of the Great Nemesis of Sherlock Holmes
The infamous Professor James Moriarty was a brooding presence in all of the adventures of celebrated British detective Sherlock Holmes. Yet his actions are described only once in “The Finial Problem”, when he and Holmes wrestle on the brink of the Reichenach Falls, and he gets scant mention in five other reports. So who exactly what Moriarty? A power crazed mathematician, as described by his college peers? The public face of an underground brotherhood? or the cocaine-induced Hyde to Holmes’ Jekyll? “The Moriarty Papers” hold the key. Assembled by his chief of Staff, Colonel Sebastian Moran, these unique documents confirmed Moriarty as the super-villain that Holmes took him for. Indeed, they reveal him to be a criminal mastermind. Sebastian Moran
The University of Cambridge was a large and famous university located in central England. Founded in 1209, it was one of the oldest universities int he world and was known as one of the world’s leading scholarly institutions. The university consisted of over two dozen colleges of which King’s College and Trinity were the most well known. The bonds between these colleges were somewhat looser than in many universities, although they all pull together in the rivalry with Oxford. While Moriarty spent his time there he was not only known for his outstanding intellect, but his isolation as well.
He saw the world in a way no one could have imagined. Moriarty was a genius and as such the minds of others were quite boring to him. Save one. Alfred Ross was a husband and a father when he first met the 17-year-old Moriarty. And it seemed that up to that point, the mathematician had been attracted to his wife. However, she was pregnant with their second child and as she underwent her gestation, Ross became seriously turned off. Disgusted even. And there was the young, attractive Moriarty, determined to seduce a mind who thought he was much greater than his own. Alfred Ross had been his first blackmail and the man had paid dearly to hush up any scandalous and controversial indiscretions.
As he had already lost his maidenhood long ago, Sebastian’s intrusion on an all together untouched body was not as painful as one might imagine. Instead he had relished in it, taken great pleasure in his full strokes, in the hot breath against the back of his neck. The way Sebastian had taken him over and over again as if the dawn would never come. He had watched him, legs pulled up over his shoulders, bound arms over the tiger’s shoulders because they had no where else to go as the man christened the sofa with their bitter and unjust hating. It had been a glorious copulation
The following morning Moriarty was abruptly woken by a jostling. Every part of him revolted. It had a raw quality, as the realness of a person consumed by a pain that knew no end or limit. It felt as if his whole body had been beaten and every movement caused some muscle or bone to ache. Regardless, he needed to turn and face his attacker. He would not show fear in the face of danger, it wasn’t in his nature. He sat up, feeling his head start to swim a bit at the action, but instead of facing that small annoyance he turned looking up at the man with his back against the wall. He stared up at him, eyes squinted, vision still blurry from sleep as he tried to focus. Then it all came flooding back and he tried not to let a wicked smile escape his insides.
Instead he allowed it to sink deep inside him and fill him with such hedonistic glee that he could hardly contain himself. He stood slowly, allowing himself to stand much taller, even in his shortened state as if the night’s events had not bothered him in the slightest. He moved forward, coming at him slowly, like a demon ready to eat Sebastian’s soul. He closed the distance between them, pressing a kiss to the sniper’s lips before moving away muttering something about a shower and leaving him standing there speechless.
I just felt the need to post this. If you haven’t seen it, this is the kpop group B.A.P.’s Skydive music video. The face claim (Moon Jongup) I use for James Moriarty takes feature in this and I thought seeing it might help others understand why I chose him. Cheers!

Moriarty did not have the benefit of alcohol to cloud his judgement or allow him to forget what happened to him on the floor of 18 Conduit Street. No, he must remain present. It seemed that Sebastian’s entire being moved with purposeful clarity. With each movement he made, it became more painfully obvious how much he was giving in to his carnal passions. He took him down with certainty as if working solely on an instinct like the great wild tigers of northwest China. He had never seen a man so driven completely insane by his actions and it set the fire in his belly on an instant blaze of feeling, which drove out from there and into the rest of his nerve endings.
He stretched him open, the tip entering with some difficulty before he forced the rest of himself inside. When he was well impaled he began thrusting in an all together erratic rhythm. He wondered silently how many women Sebastian Moran had been with, in his research their had been to many to count. None of them important, none of them lasting more than a night had not given James Moriarty cause for worry. He didn’t need his sniper and body guard attached to anyone. He wanted him to have no loyalties, but to himself and that was what he was going to get. If he thought for one moment that someone mattered from this point on, he would destroy them. Not from a jealous rage, but to do what was necessary to protect them.
Naked and bound before the altar of the tiger Moriarty allowed himself to be sacrificed. Even if he had refused, the claws of the tiger would only sink deeper into his flesh. The gods desired blood and this sniper seemed more than willing to provide. Life was unpredictable, and when the tiger woke, his strike was swift. The tiger would teach him when to move, when to remain still and in the end experience an incredible strength and power under him that no one else had been able to elicit in the soulless creature. He felt as though the hunt was at an end as Sebastian pumped into him with wild energy, his paws firmly pinning down his hips.
When he released him, Moriarty could feel the evidence of their copulation dripping from inside him. He lay on the floor, bruised and fatigued. He dare not move, not yet. He allowed Sebastian to enjoy what he had done to him. To see the disturbing circumstances of his actions and come to the realization of the reality of such a thing. While Moriarty lay there on the floor panting, his eyes fluttering softly with the exhaustion of being taken in such a way he was surprised to feel the man’s hands on him once more, lifting his hips up, so that his face must ultimately be buried in the hard wood. He listened as the seed dripped onto the floor, unable to keep everything in that the tiger had given him. What would he do next, it was unclear, but James was more than willing to bet it was going to be….awesome.

Sherlock Holmes
When Sherlock worked a case it was as if it were the only way his mind truly knew how to speak. Verbally he was crass, physically he would be absolutely untiring and indefatigable. He possessed a strength for which one would hardly credit him. His personality, his sensuality burst through into the most vibrant pictures of a unique soul. When the deceptive heard Moriarty’s music it was like liquid adrenaline being injected right into his blood stream, not so strong as to send him on a trip like his other drug addictions, but just enough to make him dance. He didn’t dance to show off, to make the good doctor and the detectives of Scotland Yard Watch, but that didn’t stop them from all being amazed.
Sherlocks movements flowed with dazzling grace that took away the breath of every person in his audience, including Jim. He watched him become one with the case and unleashed his emotions into it. He needed it badly, as he needed to breath. His entire being moved with a purposeful clarity. With each stride he made, it became more painfully obvious how much heart he put into his craft and how punishing it was for him. To dance was freedom. To feel the movement was new breath for his body and nourishment for a soul so tired. He could dance until the sweat dripped to the polished floors and his reflection showed pink cheeks. After resolution sleep came easily and the dreams were of more twirls and leaps to the spider king’s music that was part of his blood.
James titled his head, in his mind palace, the way he did in life. He watched as Sherlock approached him and like in a fairytale they parted, moving away from him. Neither fearful that he would step on them or attacking his ankles with the poison they’d received from their master, they moved fluidly. He stood from the throne and his appearance became even clearer. He was dressed entirely in black, but always a suit. His dark hair was brushed back, his dark eyes inspecting him with a small smirk as he questioned him. The only color on his person was the red pocket square and if he were compared to one of his arthropodous children he would be Latrodectus Mactans.
The grim determination in his nemesis’s voice made him laugh. People thought of laughing as a noise that came from the mouth, but when Moriarty laughed it was nothing like that. The laugh was in his eyes, in the way his face changed into that vision of relaxed joy and unrestrained mirth. Yet truly, it wasn’t in his face either. It came from within, it was just the way he was wired. Wrong. However, that didn’t seem to keep the consulting detective from smiling. He let his laugh die as he called him a masterpiece. Naturally. He moved forward further as his features crumbled reaching out and touching him boldly. His thumb brushed the curve of his cheekbone, cupping his face.
“My dear Sherlock,” he whispered softly staring into his eyes. Heterochromia iridis had never looked so forlorn and ravishing all at the same time. “I’ve missed you. You haven’t been to visit me in quite some time. I thought you’d forgotten all about me.” His touch was gentle, his hand as soft as silk. He didn’t answer his question, not yet, not when they had this time together. It was rare that Sherlock visited his mind palace anymore and he didn’t want this to end. Not yet. He looked at him and just took him in. He was an extraordinary mind, a match for Moriarty in every way.
