when i was staying w my lovely friends last week, i let them dress up caleb and we picked his butch fit and they were like 'it looks kind of butch' and i was like exactlyyyyyyy EXACTLY. and we had a difficult time between the the leaf vs shark hair accessory... like do we want him to be a horticulture butch or autistic ikea shark stuffy gay... ugh the decisions!

anyway... my friend at the con said her friend who is a trans guy got that cosplay and wears it as a part of his wardrobe. caleb is literallyyyyy serving trans masc/butch realness. ofc he wants to wear a sleeveless shirt with full chest coverage with a lot of dangly things coming from the belt (chains and carabiner ofc...)

i went to the anirevo LaDS fan meet w mari and it was so fun and cute! unfortunately my photocards fell off of my lanyard so i didn't chat w a lot of people, but i still had fun handing out my little tampon stickerrrrr 🥺🌷 also we talked and talked about doujinshi and lesbian and BL LaDS ideas all last night... you could say we are like plato and aristotle in the school of athens painting a little bit hehe. (2027 is the year of doujinshi FYI) i'm gonna miss vancouver!!! me and my boothmates didn't rebook so idk the next time i'll be back, but hopefully there will be other cons and other fan events! after i catch up on my taxes and admin stuff, i want to apply to some us cons and after i finish working on my current graphic novel, it'll be doujinshi time!!! 😋

SERIOUSLY, i didn't think many people would be into this event, but i'm having so much fun and so in awe and amazed by the (so far) 2 people who have been sharing their fics and headcanons. i've been a bit behind/offline because i was recovering from an exhaustion induced fever from my trip and i attended a really difficult funeral this week. it really has been a treat and a comfort to see the submissions! to me it already feels like a successful event and when i check tags and replies, people are also being so nice and encouraging on others. i know this fandom has a rep for being toxic, but it's been really sweet so far!
