Tourism Training Platform Namibia
APPLICATIO supports, jointly with Namibia E-Learning Center (NeLC), GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH) in setting up a training platform for the Namibian tourism industry. Until end of 2012 the platform will be ready to bring together training providers and training seekers throughout the country.

Hamburg/Ulaanbaatar, September 2012 - APPLICATIO participates in the German-Mongolian Corporate Days 2012 in Ulaanbaatar/Mongolia from 22. to 24. Oktober 2012 and will be presenting its training services there on its own information booth following the motto: "Development of Competencies: Training as a sustainable investment in people". You are sincerely invitid to visit APPLICATIO in Ulaanbaatar.
APPLICATIO is active in Mongolia since 1995 in the field of training, cmpetency development, project management, SME-development and regional economic development. In the frame of the German-Mongolian Corporate Days APPLICATIO offers its service to a broad audience of German and Mongolian partners.
The German-Mongolian Corporate Days take place in Ulaanbaatar in 2012 for the first time. The event - in the Blue Sky Hotel & Tower - consists of a series of speeches, discussions, workshops and company visits and aims at intesifying teh German-Mongolian business relations. The DMUV is an association of companies and persons tha are active in the field of German-Mongolian economic cooperation. The DMUV ist a business development service provider as well as a representative of German companies and individuals. The association assist in entering the Mongolian market and promotes export from Mongolia.

International Leadership Training SADC
... APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ to implement another International Leadership Training (ILT) for the SADC region for one year:
Being contracted by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Entwicklung GmbH) APPLICATIO again - after 2011/2012 - implements the programme International Leadership Training "Innovative local / regional economic development and trade promotion in SADC 2012/13".
The programme is a 12-moth training programme for 11 participants from the SADC region. APPLICATIO is responsible for:
Assistance and coaching during the language course
E-Coaching during the whole programme
Professional seminars and workshops for three months in Germany
Placement for internship and assistance during internship
Coaching during transfer project development
Soft-Skills Training Mongolia
... APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ Mongolia to implement a soft-skills trainings series for GIZ staff an experts in Mongolia:
Being one of the first partners or APPLICATIO, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Mongolia takes advantage of APPLICATIO's offers in Soft-Skills Trainings for project staff. APPLICATIO will train app. 20 project experts from several different projects based on a training needs analysis conducted.
Soft-Skills play a major role for project staff and project experts in implementing their tasks, especially in an international and intercultural setting. The offer of APPLICATIO covers all steps, starting with a training-needs analysis, development of training programmes and their implementation as well as follow-up support to participants. For GIZ in Mongolia, APPLICATIO will:
conduct a training needs analysis
develop a tailor made training programme
implement the trianing over several weeks
