A fun fact that someone seems to not understand is that one cannot glitch our games into being broken via modding or cheating. We do not use cheat engines. It's a tweak of a console, or the editing of a temporary file via Notepad. If you begin to make the game unplayable, you start a new game. Removing characters, however, is a change congruent across all new games.

There is little to no purpose aside from that. That's their assigned role in the game. We aren't stupid, and I /respectfully/ request you refrain from removing any little sisters.

On the same note, if one would remove a little sister from any one game, then kill her for her ADAM payload, there is a limited amount of sisters on any level at any given time.

Removing one and killing her is, essentially, putting the game "out of order." Killing her within the game (presumably before the protagonist reaches the level, since they often dispose of all sisters on any given level) could raise serious suspicion.

I'm seeing something or other about someone taking little sisters from Bioshock, or another title similar.

We are not some sort of petty drug tourist trap. Do not take elements from our game series simply because they please you.

It's positive bacteria and dirt doesn't contain bacteria native to the human body, unless someone died in it, in which case other bacterias are surely festering along with it.
