First off, let us abandon the term “Fan Club” and instead replace it with “Friend Club”. Now that we have established the purpose of this Friend Club I’d like to move on by saying through your letters, you have touched me with feelings, the kind of feelings that I would only hope could affect you through my work (even though letters are so much more personal than movies). Anyway, you are helping me understand what I can achieve through my work, and I’m realizing how important you are on the receiving end.
