Scott was on his way to the police station to see his best friend and hang out. After figuring out what he wanted to do with his life, he’d barely left the station. Thankfully, all was pretty silent so far. It’d been a week without The Beast, Theo, Kira. The last one was the only one that truly hurt. He missed Kira deeply and anytime he did, his hand would slip down his pocket to find her tail. He ran his fingers over the black stone now, before putting his gear away.
He got off his bike and went inside. Like the new usual, it was slow, most officers filling out paperwork. His lips twitched as he thought of Stiles having to do this portion of the job. Shaking his head, Scott.followed the familiar heartbeat to find the other. He was nearly at the Sheriff’s door when he heard it. He cocked his head, listening, his eyes scanned the room before moving toward the entrance. Someone or something was running toward the station.
When she appeared, Scott had to take a double look to make sure he wasn’t seeing things. He’d dreamed of her on the night she saved him, but he knew this couldn’t be a dream and that’s why he rushed toward her.
“Al- Are you- I think we need to get you to a hospital,” he finally settled on.”
Allison held onto Scott, her fingers clinging desperately to his shirt to keep herself steady. Once she saw his face, she felt relief wash over her, but that still didn’t change how worried she was by being back in Beacon Hills. She nodded and held her arm around him.
“Yeah.. yeah, I think so..” Allison said, “Yeah, let’s go to the hospital.” Allison’s free hand rested on her stomach where she felt the sharp ache, the moment replaying in her mind. She kept having to remind herself that being back wasn’t necessarily a good thing. She felt weird and different, but right now, she needed answers.
Stiles had started working more and more at the station. Learning. His Dad was right. Sure, he’d thought about being a cop. But then Scott had been bitten and he’d given up on a future as he had assumed that he’d be dead. Now though…He wanted to help people. To uphold the law. Save lives. Do something that didn’t require sharp teeth.
That was why he was there. Writing down notes from old case files. So he would know what to write when he had to fill them in. His Dad had been helping but a call about a domestic disturbance had called his Father away and he was alone with a few of the deputies and officers.
His head shot up at the sound of someone stumbling. He may not have werewolf healing but he had honed it for when someone was hurt. And whoever this was needed help. But when her face came into his eye-line he froze. Guilt was his first emotion. Then relief. Then fear.
“Allison.” He moved quickly to grab her arm and lead her to the bench nearby. “How the-never mind, are you hurt?”
“Stiles. God, Stiles. Thank God you’re here.” Allison said, letting him lead her to the bench. Allison looked over herself just to make sure that she wasn’t hurt, then shook her head.
“No.. No I’m okay. I shouldn’t be, but I am. I died.. The Oni.. I died. Stiles, I died.” Allison stood again, pacing back and forth, then stopping.
“I don’t know what happened. I just.. woke up underground.” Allison said, slower now.
The blonde raised his eyebrows at her story, his lips parting. “Okay…Allison, is there anybody you can call? Maybe a parent or a friend or something…?” He asked gently.
“My dad, I have to call my dad. His name is Chris Argent. Or Scott. Scott McCall. I don’t know. What’s the date? I don’t know what day it is.” Allison held on tightly to the bench, reminding herself that this was a safe zone. She knew the Sheriff and his son for that matter. She had to know she was safe.
“Alright, hi Allison, I’m Noah,” He said slowly, moving forward just a bit. “You wanna tell me what happened?” This girl was obviously shaken up quite a bit, and the last thing he wanted to do was add to that.
“I.. I don’t know.. I woke up and it was dark. I was buried. I was.. I died, I thought I was dead. I got out of the grave and I ran here. I don’t remember anything else.” Allison mumbled, holding her arms around herself.
It was only when he heard her breathless voice that Noah looked up, his brow furrowing. He had been put on night duty for the first time and so far nothing really exciting had happened–until now that is. Not that he had any clue as to who this girl was, or why she was here. But at least something was happening. “Okay, alright, slow down,” He said calmly, raising his eyebrows. “Can you tell me your name?”
Allison took the time to slow her breathing before trying to speak again.
“Argent. Allison Argent.” She said, looking around the room. She made her way over to the bench outside of the sheriff’s office, lowering herself down and relaxing, thankful for the break on her legs.

Allison felt a strong ache in her lungs and she sucked in a breath, but nothing would come in. She could see everything and she saw the wood above her. She grabbed it and started tugging as hard as she could, feeling he stinging in her finger tips from the old wood. After some time of pulling, dirt began to pour down and Allison held her breath, digging her way up until her hands could feel the cool night air.
Once her head was able to break the surface, she breathed again, letting herself rest on the ground. She felt drained. All she wanted to do was lay on the ground, but she knew she needed to move. She had no idea where she was and how she ended up 6 feet under. Then she remembered the Oni and the fight and the sword tearing her apart. Remembering that made her even more worried about what was happening.
Allison used all of her energy and started to run, the scenery slowly becoming more and more familiar. Beacon Hills flashed by and Allison was stumbling into the police station.
“I need help.” Allison said, clinging to the door frame.

“You were the sheltered child, Ally. Always have been. Besides I wish I hadn’t seen a werewolf when I was six. And that one was on Dad. He took me out to the store during the night. I think he did so intentionally. And you only got into archery because your big brother was into it.”
“He said it was because the women are the leaders and the men are the soldiers. You needed to know how to fight, but surely he should know I wouldn’t want to be left out. And I got into archery so Dad could say he had a decent archer in the family.”
“I don’t cheat. I’ve always been able to out shoot you. Perks of having learned first. And sooner.”
“I would’ve gladly learned sooner. I mean, I’ve been arching since I was a kid. Dad just never let me start hunting until it become necessary for me to protect myself. I didn’t see a werewolf when I was 6.”

“I bet I can still out shoot you.”
“You’re cheating, though. I can out shoot you without fast reflexes.”
