001 | Its a start.
Allison was definitely someone Kira was interested in hanging around a little more. That was if anyone else in school wouldn’t get to her before Kira had the chance to ask her to chill out a little more. That also depended on whether Allison wanted to join any clubs, but considering it was her first day, Kira highly doubted the brunette was really focused on getting involved in any extra curricular activities the first day of school ─ although some people were like that. Seeing the only way to fit in, join a club where you were forced to socialize. Shaking herself out of her own head, Kira’s smile was still pretty obvious on her lips.
It felt nice to have someone by her side the first day of school, even if it was the new girl, an unfamiliar face, new meat as some would say. Kira and Allison seemed to click pretty well, which gave Kira a very good feeling about future interactions between the two. “Don’t mention it, my first day here, gosh people would just not quit. I only wish I had had a friend that day, I’m more than happy to be here for you.” The Kitsune nodded before feeling her cheeks heat up yet again. Taking a hand and brushing it through her hair to try and distract the other from the pink in her face. Although Kira’s attention was immediately averted when the teacher finally entered the room.
The girl really couldn’t wipe the smile off her face even after Kira had turned around and the teacher had walked in. She did her best to pay attention, avoiding bringing any attention to herself further by not raising her hand even when she knew the answer. People still kept turning their heads to look at her like she was a new toy to play with that she didn’t really feel any more comfortable to speak out than when she got there. The only time she got distracted more than with Kira was when the red head sitting next to her answered the teacher’s question so effortlessly Allison couldn’t hide how impressed she was.
By the time the class was over, she had introduced herself to Alison as Lydia and was already chaining their arms together and dragging her away asking where she got her jacket. Allison was too distracted with being polite that she lost track of Kira and only saw her profile still in her seat as she was being steered away. She wished she’d gotten her number before Lydia had dragged her away.
