Hodor was always afraid of fights. He didn’t like it when Bran warged into him (and that was understandable of course, but).

He hated these things BECAUSE of his dying memory. He had that strange memory of him when he was dying and all he knew that there was fighting and someone in his head.

I’m crying.

Hodor was the innocent, pure kid in the series. Like Dobby in HP. And this death was so much more horrifying.
