Working on deadlifts today at @kettlefit! One of my favourite full body exercises that gets the butt firm and perky!

I don't know about you guys, but I have been searching for years for a spray tan that ticks all of the boxes. I'm here to share the good news! @thetanco_ has provided me with the perfect tan! It's streak-free, a beautiful non-orange colour, it hasn't dried my skin out, it's as pure as fake tan can possibly be and best of all - it's a mobile service! Yep, you heard right - you don't even have to leave your bedroom for an instant sun kissed glow #lazyforthewin. I'm genuinely so impressed and can't wait to stay brown all year long!

Best friend appreciation post - coming right up. You know when you come across those once in a lifetime people and you wonder how you ever survived without them? Well, I don't know how I got so lucky but I am eternally grateful for whoever sent @laura_cameron into my life. Gurl - you are my soul mate, my therapist, my gangster, my third sister and most importantly my person. You constantly inspire me and make me more laugh more than anyone else on the planet. I cannot wait to spend the next eternity shaking our tail feathers to Beyoncé and embracing the fact that we are already grandmas. Thank you for being the Christina to my Meredith. I adore you. 👯❤️

Getting closer & closer to my goal of 5 chin ups! Couldn't believe it when I completed 2 unassisted ones today, after an insane sesh at @fox_fit. Might not seem like much of an accomplishment to many, but chin ups are definitely my nemesis and I have been working on them for ages! 💪🏻

So, lately I've really been trying to focus on what's important in my life. It's getting increasingly easier these days to get caught up on petty things that, at the end of the day, don't matter at all. I was beginning to realize that I wasn't prioritizing the people/things that I truly care about. I am so incredibly lucky to have the family I do, this gorgeous man ^ (who brings home flowers for no reason!🌹), new and old friends who constantly support me, my dream job and endless opportunities at my doorstep. And yet it's so easy to forget about all of these blessings. But by consciously making a point of focussing on the factors of my life that make me happy and make me who I am, I have felt a hugely positive effect on all parts of my life, hence the reason for this post. Life is so short and when it comes to the end, you don't remember the silly issues you obsessed over, you remember the moments and the people who shaped you as a person. If you're where I was at and you feel like you've lost touch of perspective, take a moment to thank the people in your life who have always been there for you. Even the smallest gesture can make someone's day. Call someone, see someone or even just tag someone below and tell them you love them or just remind them of how grateful you are simply for existence. Life can be so beautiful if you just stop and let it be. ❤️
