I use an app called PicsLeap! I download a transparent image. (I'll post one below this that you can save if you'd like.)
I wish I could show you exactly how I do it, but I can't screen record, and the app doesn't allow screenshots. 😭 But basically, I go to edit a photo, I open the transparent image and then I go to the button that says stickers down at the bottom.
