Get up! Let’s go ask Frank if he killed Rebecca. I’m over all the secrets, we should know better at this point. So let’s just get an answer once and for all.
something in my room: *falls*
me: If that was a spirit, you need to chill. If that was gravity, you also need to chill.
someone: don’t illegally download [insert movie/show/album title] !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want this to just be a regular Thursday, instead of the first time all week that I have been truly happy. I love you, Jane. I never stopped loving you.
Jane laughed, as she looked across at her best friend. She was beautiful. Maura Isles… was beautiful. And Jane felt the laughter slowly die down, as she continued to look at the smiling, serene woman that sat opposite her. And a million thoughts flew through Jane’s head, but only one mattered.
She was in love with Maura. Completely, and utterly, in love. This wasn’t a crush. This wasn’t a passing fancy. This was real, and it was scary. But it was wonderful too. Being in love with Maura was wonderful. Not that she knew Jane was in love with her. No. Maura had no idea. Jane had been careful to hide it, though she wasn’t sure that she was always successful. But it seemed that Maura had no inkling that Jane harboured any feelings beyond the platonic.
And yet, as they sat there, looking into each other’s eyes, Jane could feel something shift. Feel a change. Maura’s smile had softened, and so had her eyes. And there was something in them that made it hard for Jane to breathe. She didn’t dare hope too much, and yet, she hoped with all her heart that she wasn’t reading this all wrong.
Sitting. Just like that. Across from each other. Staring into each other’s eyes. Words weren’t needed. Nothing needed to be said. The eyes were enough, and when Maura finally let her hand fall from under her chin, reaching out, Jane immediately moved her own hand out to hold it, squeezing it. And her heart jolted when she felt the pressure return.
Words weren’t needed. Nothing needed to be said.
Jane never believed in fairy tales, and happily ever afters. But now, she wondered if she’d been too quick to dismiss such notions. Because, maybe miracles did happen. The soft circles Maura’s thumb rubbed into the back of her scarred palms told her so. The soft warm smile on Maura’s face told her so. The look in Maura’s eyes told her so.
I love you.
Words weren’t needed. Nothing needed to be said.
Eyes were the window to the soul, and that look was enough.
I’m still getting the hang of it.
Tell me that you need me more and more everyday, Never let me go, just stay.
