To Whom It May Concern On April 5th 2006 fire destroyed my house located at the above address. I signed a contract with a construction company by the name of Tri-County Construction Corporation located at 333 Fifth Avenue, Pelham, NY 10803. The salesperson name is Kevin M. Taylor, license #1110267. The contractor's name is Joseph J. Armato whose cell phone number is... The company has since changed their name to Nationwide Contracting Inc and their new address is 145 Huguenot St. Suite 505 telephone #..., New Rochelle, New York, 10801. It has been two (2) years that this contractor has taken the job to rebuild my house and the work is still not finished and he somehow forged documents showing the work completed and in the process got all the money from the insurance company. I am currently living in the house without a certificate of occupancy as I have and cannot afford to live elsewhere as I am disabled and on a fixed income. There is several violations that I have gotten from the city of Mount Vernon as a result of the unfinished work and construction garbage in the yard. I made a report to Consumer Protection in White Plains in January 2008, to Inspector who came and inspected the house and set a meeting with the contractor who promised to come and finish the job but has not done so or attempt to in any way, I need your help to resolve this matter as soon as possible. AS AND FOR A FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION AGAINST DEFENDANTS (TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE WITH CONTRACT) FIFTH: Plaintiff repeats, reiterates and re-alleges each and every allegation contained in Paragraphs “FIRST” through “FOURTH,” With the same force and effect as though the same were more fully set forth herein. Adjustrite Destroyed unbroken cherished kitchen cabinets

Complaint made about Joseph Armato and Executive Adjustment Bureau on 11/2007 to Westchester Consumer Protection Agency “After kitchen fire 11:00PM on Friday 11/21/03, fire marshal cut power at street due to burned out electricity, signed with Executive Adjustment Public Adjuster Bobby Brown, outside from 11/22/07 with 3day resignation clause, which I had my friend witness and signed but never presented because I already suspected fraud on 3rd day when they destroyed my unbroken cherished kitchen cabinets.
