Micro haul: candles, lip butters, etc!

For me, "window-shopping" by myself sometimes can be very dangerous :P I stopped by Bath and Body Works on the way home today and saw their new spring candle collection! Some of them were too strong or too floral for my taste but I was extremely happy that most of their new candles were fruity!! (I LOVEE fruity scents for candles!) I picked up two candles from their new collection: Bahama Fizz and Caribbean Escape 

Obviously, I immediately started burning one of them and the whole room smells ahhhmazing! :D 

According to their website, the scent of Bahama Fizz is decribed as:

A refreshing concoction of island pineapple, banana and fresh kiwi, infused with spiced rum and coconut.

Caribbean Escape (my favourite):

Indulge in a sweet, tropical blend of melon, raspberry nectar and Italian lemon, tempered with creamy coconut milk and raw sugarcane.

Onto the next one: Revlon Lip butters! 

...I know..I am kinda late on this product, but from where I live, they got out of stock immediately on the day that they came out and I've kinda given up on getting my hands on them for awhile. However! luckily, they got restocked TODAY and I was more than happy to grab some of them at last.

I picked up 4 of their collection: Raspberry Pie, Strawberry Shortcake, Creamsicle and Candy Apple

  I heard and read so many good review on these and I cannot say anything but I totally agree with the reviews!! they are so moisturizing and beautifully pigmented at the same time :) I would like to purchase more of the other shades if I can. (if they'll still be in stock lol)

AND...the last but not least, I was in love already when I saw this little baby at Zara today.

ADORABLE!!! isnt it? :D i've been looking for something like this for a long time and honestly did not expect that Zara would have it. I can't wait to wear this baby with my black skater dress or my jean shirt :)

NOTD: Gold bow detail

I finally used these little gold bow pieces that I got from the night market a long time ago. AND I LOVE THEM!! :D They really look cute with burgundy/deep wine colours. It kinda reminds me ofone of those vintage clutches with gold charms on it, too.

Anyways, I added one more picture with flash because the colour looks oddly darker and matte withoutflash. I used two coats of I'm with Brad from Sephora by OPI(gorgeous deep burgundy colour with subtle gold shimmers) and two coats of Seche Vite Topcoat.

OH. EM. GEE. I literally jumped with excitement when I get a text from my boyfriend that the lineup for the coachella is out finally! XD

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is the annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, in the Inland Empire's Coachella Valley,and features many genres of music including rock, indie, Hip Hop and electronic music as well as large sculptural art. So, basically they have the several stage/tent set up for different artists throughout the whole weekend, playing music continuously. Actually, starting from this year, the event is held over two separate weekends: April 13-15 and April 20-22.

My boyfriend and I are planning to go to coachella this year for the weekend 1 (April 13-15) and I am personally very happy with the lineup for this year. The black keys, justice,breakbot, radiohead, feist, m83, avicii, la roux and calvin harris!??!!

Oh i just can't wait.

Starting to blog! (officially)

Blogging is something that I have been wanting to do but at the same time its something that I've been hesitating for a long time to actually say "okay. let's start!" (Well, I had this tumblr for awhile but all I basically did was posting pictures of my nails) but  It's just because, I don't know, before I thought I didn't have anything interesting in my life to write about and thought blogging is going to be too much commitment for my life. Well, enough of talking about my laziness! :P Now I feel like I need to try something new (since is the new year!) and I promise to myself to blog as often as I possibly can! (one of my new year's resolutions)

So here's my new year's resolutions for 2012: 1) Believe in myself. I think it is really important for me to trust my ability and capability of achieving what I really want. Also, I need that confidence that I CAN DO IT!! 2) Eat healthy and don't starve myself. Eat regularly 3) Exercise more often, at least 3 days a week! (this has been always in my list every single year lol) 4) Start blogging! YAY! 5) Meet my friends often 6) Take better care of my hair That's about it..well there you go! I am going to think of what my first blogpost ever is going to be!
