Posting my current reading TBR for the end of year and new year! A lot of these have been recommended to me so I would absolutely love more recommendations!! Come back to see thoughts on each one as I go hahaha
Writing is going slowly but surely and I’m so excited to get to plot points I’ve planned out!!
don't leave me!
You wouldn’t believe the brilliant lines of dialogue I’ve forgotten 🥲👌
“It is too depressing, too soul-crushingly sad, to reminisce. The past is a black hole, cut into the present day like a wound, and if you come too close, you can get sucked in. You have to keep moving.”
— Ling Ma, Severance

The current (working) first sentence of my book:
Have you even noticed the significance of Wednesdays?
When I was in the first grade I wrote that when I grew up I wanted to be a writer.
When I was in year 6 my teachers signed my graduation bear hoping to see my work.
In year 7 with every book I read I knew I wanted to create that experience for someone else some day.
When I graduated high school my principal said can't wait to see your work.
I finished uni, with ideas I wanted to make happen, and now after so much time working on small things, my book is a WIP on its way.
Yes I still have the piece from first grade
Also I totally meant to post earlier, but I spent most of my day watching AHS and forgot 😅😂
