To celebrate AAPI Heritage Month I decided to cook some of my favorite Asian cuisines. First up, Korean Cuisine.
There are many staple ingredients when it comes to Korean cuisine. The most commonly used ingredients are Gochugaru (red pepper flakes), Gochujang (red chilli paste), gochu (chilli pepper), ginger, onions, scallions, garlic, and ganjang (soy sauce).
