Following closely, she nodded, humming and slipping her coat off to hang in the air beside her chair, a simple spell holding it place. "You must tell me about your trip. Was it worth it to make the journey?" She asked, tucking a stray curl behind her ear. "Anything of interest happening?"

He stared out the window for a moment in thought before suddenly turning back toward the chair and Lady herself. "Yes. And No. The trip was very much worth the time and money, but nothing of true interest really took place." Arthur sat in his chair and stared at the unlit fireplace, his thoughts drifting off to those days back in Wallachia all those years ago.

"I have been well. though I had missed your company. It's rather difficult to find a conversationalist on your level." She smiled, pausing at the library doors. She'd spent most of the time with her children, watching them run through the trees around her apartment and play with whoever they came across.

He chuckled at her comment and slipped the necklace into his pocket, hoping she hadn't already noticed it. The smile on her face caught his eye. "You've been well then." He said simply before pushing open the library doors and making his way for a book to show Lady.

A smile spread over her lips, and she nodded. "A pleasure as always, Darling. It has been some time." A particularly hard gust blew in from behind her, blowing the folds of her dress forward slightly. "May I come in?"

He did not hesitate to move aside and motion for her to enter his home. Although he would admit that the halls were not much warmer than the weather outside. "Indeed it has. My absence was...needed, after certain events that transpired. How have you been these days though?" Arthur shut the door, following behind her silently as they made their way to the library.

A short breeze brushed her curls across her neck, and she pulled her coat closer around her, refusing to allow the shiver to form as she approached the door. Lifting her hand, she knocked three times before dropping her hand back to holding her coat tighter around her.

Arthur had perched himself in one of his favorite chairs within his library. His icy blue hues trained on the necklace that lie gently between his calloused fingers, as if simply looking at it could break the fragile jewelry. He did not even twitch as the knock sounded unexpectedly, but simply sat up from his chair and strode through the halls toward the front door. It swung open to greet him with a beautiful face and he smiled softly. "Good evening, Lady."
