“ how do you shift? ”
HOW DO YOU SHIFT? well, how do you do anything? how do you breathe? how do you blink? how do you drink a glass of water? you could go into the scientific details of it all, yes, yet truly it is due to one rather simple thing: belief.
LET’S THINK of something mundane—going to school or work, for example—normally, we’re consumed by an immense sense of dread, even before it has happened. yet how can we dread something before we are certain it will truly, definitely happen? it’s because our conscious and therefore subconscious brains alike have accepted the FACT that it will happen; because of our unshakeable BELIEF that it will. so why not apply this unshakeable belief and logic to our dr?
DO YOU WANT to shift tonight? let it happen. accept the FACT that it will happen, accept the FACT you will wake up in your dr. don’t merely attempt to shift, just accept the fact you are going to shift. think, if you are going to drink a glass of water, do you attempt to drink it? no, you just do. so just shift. let go. accept.
[ note: after the wave of misinformation you may have gained from tiktok and the like, it can be easy to think that simply believing isn’t enough to do something as literally life-changing as shifting. perhaps you currently believe you need to do a method, or drink 10 litres of water, i don’t know. have you ever wondered why you feel the constant need to do so? because, following the misinformation you surround yourself with, your subconscious brain has accepted these things as a fact of something you must to do to shift; you believe you have to do these things. shifting is as easy or as difficult as you make it. everything is pure, utter belief. ]
