As someone who’s job is to handle chemicals like this, I need to state that this information is IMPORTANT. Plenty of people have accidentally injured or killed themselves at home because they didn’t know what kind of reaction certain substances have with one another. Play it safe and don’t mix chemicals.

Sometimes I wonder how many Solarballs fans actually like the show. There's a (mostly) chill community, there's excitement for an episode each week and there's cool fan-media which we all love, but the actual show personally leaves me feeling empty.
There are these amazing plotlines the writers come up with, which the fandom hypes up so much even years before it's out (like the Theia arc), which can end disappointingly or doesn't meet the expectations fans set (like the Theia arc).
In the rogue planet arc, for example, there are things I adored. I loved the rogues, I loved seeing my favourite character more, I loved the overall arc. But there are things added that in retrospect don't make any sense.
Like the ability for celestial bodies to go at light speed.
Alvaro has brought in a new concept that hasn't previously existed to make the storytelling easier.. how did planet x figure out he could travel at the speed of light? do they need energy for this? if so, where do they get the energy for this? if not, how do they do it - what's stopping them from travelling at light speed all of the time?
Keep in mind, this is apparently a thing these celestial bodies just know how to do but how? Sun never taught the planets this, so is it in a celestial bodies biological code? And should we even bother talking about the possible plot holes this brings?
The lack of logic isn't the only thing that makes solarballs hard to watch.
Alvaro has stated that the characters are complex, when they are really just "expanded" one-dimensional character tropes (nerd, crazy, jock, emo and girl) who are inconsistent and change to fit whatever narrative the show wants.

Special moments between characters are skipped over. Remember when Venus was upset just after Theia had died and Sun tried to talk with him but then Mercury interrupted? I still think about that. I wish unusual character pairs could have 1:1's with other characters more often.

There's the fact that the show comes up with simple conclusions for complex things...
I hate how Solarballs will singlehandedly write some decent trauma/mental health representation and them proceed to ruin it by just pretending that everything is fixed now the arc is over.
No!
You can't claim for your characters to be human-like and then pull something like that!
You can't just communicate to young viewers that if your parental figure is abusing you, you should just forgive and forget!
There have been no repercussions for Sun's treatment of the planets, they are just apparently unaffected. Even Neptune and Ura who became physically ill because of said abuse.
Sun is also completely a-okay mentally now, I guess.

Then there's the arc pacing...
Hell, sometimes it feels like the fans can write better fanfic with more fleshed characters than the one Solarballs is writing.
I don't get how so many fans can still stand to watch the show.
