Today I saw my brain doctor and josh asked to come with me. During the appointment my lack of motivation came up, and we talked about how I tend to have no motivation at all, or I have too much and I work myself too hard and get burnt out. After we left I felt refreshed, and set myself three small tasks: clean the kitchen, do a load of laundry, and make dinner. I started and then the momentum picked up and I started pushing myself to do more. So now I’m forcing myself to sit down and calm down before I do my last task. Because I’m finally realizing balance actually matters hahahahah
