I have always LOVED role playing, teetering around into life-giving, intimate and holy practices of dominance and submission, masculine and feminine, serious and playful. I get slow down into a different awareness of myself that is vibrant, authentic, and rich, and come into quirky remembrance of my duality, my fullness. Fullness simply means MORE expression of yourself –a disruption of old habits, conditionings, and socialisations and intentionally spreading your power throughout your body system! This to me is where agency lives.  Stepping outside of your patterns and invoking more of who you are– is a long arc of self-study.  You get the choice to open up to more new shapes, these gateways of ecstasy, and live free from shackles, weightless, and unscripted to harness a expanded version of yourself. And I love when I’m drawn to tears!  Crying is a portal to move trapped EMOTIONS–energy in motion! Oh let yourself emote..learning to FEEL more! Yum! Tears clearly demonstrate that emotions are not only energetic expression, they become physical which is why crying, even while “playing” or  primal lovemaking is one valuable way to release the old and profoundly craft more beauty and wisdom into your body, and thereby life. Yey!
