And monday. me and my partner are trying out the new workspace that opened up nearby.

So far I haven’t really done anything productive. I just ordered props for my next test shoot.

and applied for a job

I really ought to contact some brands today.

Sunday, rainy and miserable.

Made it to work even with the pain. Went through the workshop. I was constantly hungry today, I think mainly engaging in eating to comfort myself.

When I got home, I did two rounds of laundry and put the dishes in the dishwasher with my partner( he was supposed to do them when I was away, but he didn’t)

So by the end of yesterday I was knackered.

I worked this saturday.

Also on my return from work we met up with friends and went to the cinema.

Under my arm still swollen, my back still hurts. And given my partners experience with the GPs and hospitals this year, I think my best option is to wait them out. :/

Friday.

I reacted badly to the vaccine this time.

I had all the weird cold symptoms when I had shivers. Also my immune system freaked out and the lymphs under my left arm have swollen.

I’m in even more pain combined with my back.

It was a sunny and pretty day. I went to get my second dose of vaccine.

Also we went to visit my aunt who was sick for a few days.

My back still hurts.

I couldn’t jump today. In fact quite frequently I broke down in pain of my back. at the time I was thinking it’ll pass in a day or two.

Tuesday. This day was a little unfortunate. I hurt my back today when I was jumping rope.

Like i said I am putting this entry much later. About a week later than this happened and I am still suffering from the back pain.

Probably the 4th or 5th day in this adventure. I was getting so excited that I was getting better at it. :/

I surprised myself how easily I took on the jumping rope. My partner has been helping me, going to the woods with me for it. He keeps time and count when I jump and sweat.

This was a saturday.

I can’t remember what I did particularly. But somewhere around this week I started jumping rope. With the hopes that it’ll be some cardio and I’ll lose weight.

I had a tiring and stressful ending to the week.

I have lost track of this blog thing again.

If by any chance some of you are out there and reading this you might think; “What a bloody broken record. She keeps going on about this”

I am in a weird mindset these days. I’ll proceed to put other photo a days and see what I will have left to say in the end.

Today, I paused everything and I went on a day trip with my aunt and my cousin.

Although we had a little traffic incident(someone bumped into us from back corner of the car, they didn’t see us apparently) everything else went beautifully. We went to a nice pub by the river and had some lunch. Bought very delicious chocolates and also walked around the shops and looked at things.

Towards the end of the day, I got a little blue, because I am not earning anything and I’d love to buy a few things I saw today.

But I’m ok now. Relaxing and will watch a film in a bit.

I had a slightly less chaotic day. In fact by the end of it I was tired but motivated. I guess going to work really boosts me up.

Especially when you have a good day at work.

I miss that feeling, I miss making my own money and not having to depend on anyone.

Soon I guess, soon I’ll see light at the end of the tunnel.

Another monday.

I was working today. In the morning I went and sat at the coffee shop for a bit where I sent out lots of emails.

and in the evening I had a lightroom workshop.

It also rained buckets and trains got cancelled and delayed. I got to work a little late because of it.

And today.

Sunday the 11th July.

Goosh what a week.

I finally feel a bit better and hopeful toward things. I had a positive day, thanks to the walk we had with our dog friend, out in the park. I had light meals and I didn’t overdo it with the snacks. I bought myself a skipping rope.

To actually learn to jump rope and I heard it’s really good cardio.

I also went to the coffee shop for a couple of hours and managed to post ads for casting call and sent out couple of emails.

I’ve felt productive. I consider today a win. I’m not sure how to keep things going. But I noticed the more I make plans and gain habits, I fall of the wagon instantly. So here is to the first win. Tomorrow begins again and we take it as it is. Now I will write my gratitude and add it to the jar and perhaps one more to start making up for the lost month.

Who knows before you know it i’ll pick up the mindfulness challenge too.

Like I said, no quitting. it was resting and having a break. We all need it and we all can/ should do it.

Nope, I definitely have to do this blog thing on the day of it,

Backlogging is not working, I am not remembering the details of these days going by.

Anyway. i do remember yesterday.

I was supposed to have a work related meeting but that got cancelled last minute. So i arranged with my cousin to meet earlier. She came around 12 and we had some coffee and then we went down to Wimbledon Village for some lunch. By the time we finished and walked about an hour back home it was already 5 pm.

We watched more episodes on the computer, did some reading and had dinner. Before I know it, bed time arrived. Another day gone.
