Oh gosh! I did it. I finally completed this painting. My (probably last) submission for this month’s @lovestruckvoltage theme: Summer Wedding. <3 Iseul is my second favorite LI in their series, so it was really fun trying to figure out what a princely elf might wear on his wedding day :) WIP on my previous post.

This painting is taking FOREVER. In the process of learning how to get rid of line art. I’m excited about the result but it’s definitely a test in learning and patience 💕

Here is my completed fanart for the June Summer Wedding theme for @lovestruckvoltage. I decided to draw my very favorite LI, Antares. This was a super fun drawing for the day! I finally decided to play with some backgrounds. Anyways, I might decide to do a couple more, since you can contribute 3 a month, and what’s better than getting my drawing a day in PLUS some lovestruck currency, am i right? ;)

Ok, i did one more. I’m actually really happy with this one. There’s a few things I’d alter, but I think I’ve messed with it enough for one day.

My drawing today. Still trying to figure out faces at different angles and OMG HAIR. I must have messed with the proportions of this face 100 times, but I think I’m happy with the result for now. I’m also trying to limit my draw-time to about an hour or two, instead of my normal 6 hour marathons I did before.

Basically I spent most of my time drawing skulls, trying to figure out how faces and heads work. I’m still trying to nail down the specific face sections, specifically eyes, but I wanted to try and exaggerate and play with a looser sketch. Anyways, that’s my drawing today!

ok, technically I haven’t missed a day, it’s just that yesterday’s attempted painting of an otter was trash, and it’s because I had no idea you could adjust pen sensitivity on your tablet. THIS WAS A GAME CHANGER. Today’s drawing brought to you by pen pressure.

Ok, going to try to do that thing where you draw something every day, except I might not be the most consistent and I’m like 99% sure I won’t be keeping up on the weekends. I am SUPER excited to watch my growth though. This is only my third digital painting ever, so I know there is SO SO much for me to learn!
