So, I'm back. As much as I love gaining, I realized I wasn't going about it the way that makes me happiest. I've been doing strongman training for almost a month and I think I'm gonna go in the well-fed gym bro direction. Besides, I'm 216 and my trainer wants me at 245-250 by the end of the year... The belly isn't going anywhere and I love eating way too much (especially given how much I eat now to fuel how much my body is growing).
But yeah. Consistency has been a big hurdle for me but the fact I've been doing this daily for almost a month now (and only want more of it) tells me I'm finally engaging my body in a way that I really, really enjoy.
Once things settle down, I wanna post more and be more active but figured I'd just share where I'm at. 💪
