Literally FUCK MY LIFE
I’ve been sticking to the plan and doing all the things and my period comes around AND CATAPULTS ME UP
And I know that it’s just inflammation and water weight and all that fun stuff but my brain cannot take seeing the higher number.
Studying is such a good distraction for fasting, I swear
I love weight lifting so I need slightly higher cals I’m eating between 1000-1300 which is 300-600 under my bmr but I feel so guilty/upset that I am not eating less )):

back here for the millionth time. day 4 of dieting how I used to. scale has moved a few pounds, and I am struggling with the intermittent fasting but I am tired of being here. it has been over a decade at this point.
i've been loosing motivation lately so here's some thinspo 💌

I think I'm going to try the Dr. Now diet. I'm not 600 lbs but who knows. Maybe it'll work.

Haven’t weighed myself in over a week bc period bloat but I shall tomorrow to see how much I’ve lost. Really hoping to be in the 180s.
N e ways I tried killing myself Sunday night but sent too sus of a text and someone stopped me. They also damn near forced me to get help. I’m starting intensive outpatient next Monday, but haven’t mentioned my eating problems and don’t think I will.
just hit under 200 lbs and I’m so excited to keep going.
