Hey guys Iâm p sure itâs clear Iâm never getting back to this blog. I had so many plans for glasstale but after a while my heart just wasnât in it anymore ;-; I still write though! ((Hi oh my gosh I only just saw this I'm sorry anon! Tbh I miss this blog too but I'm kind of not sure how or when I'm gonna get back to it. I've started the process of making a new Glasstale blog but I haven't done anything over there yet. I'll drop a link here once I'm finally ready to get rolling tho and if you wanna still rp with me and don't mind me using a different character check out what I just posted below! I'm sorry for my inactivity over here anon hopefully it doesn't last but honestly idk))

For kicks and giggles I took this for me and some of my guys and here's what we got along with my input:
Mun- zombie (sure. Says I come of as shy when iâm just a deep thinker. I mean I can be both canât I XD It said I like daydreaming too which I do enjoy especially if I have a story I wanna write)
Glass- werewolf (the description was p spot on. Described him as secretive and not willing to open up. Also said he was laid back and there to offer an ear but also has a bitter annoyed side. Just donât act stupid. Jokes and stuff are cool but if youâre âunreasonableâ then you're gonna tick him off)
Gen- mermaids (the description for him was super accurate too! Has an infectious smile and a positive outlook on life. Likes to dress nice.)
Gaster- vampire (I know I was shocked too. Not all that accurate either beside the part that says he likes completing goals. Otherwise the description makes him sound waaaaay too stubborn and pushy)
Toriel - mermaid (eeeeeh I mean she loves looking good and is generally kind but if betrayed sheâs hardly all smiles. Not so much full of positivity as she is of protectiveness)
Frisk- dragon (oh gosh this is sorta ironic to me cuz I always think of frisk as⊠small. And yeah the description starts off good says they love to be helpful in exchange for nothing in return but then it describes them as being ruthless and nasty when their buttons are pushed which is⊠literally the opposite of frisk XD this description would have been better for Toriel.)
Chara- werewolf (also perfect! And I love that chara got the same thing as Glass because when I first thought out their personalities I noticed some parallels going on (I know you guys donât know a lot of chara to begin with and iâm not sure if theyâre noticeable anymore anyway) both have this sort of cagyness about them, with chara moreso. Chara also loves hearing about other peopleâs problems like yes give me that info it all goes to the back of his head for later use)
I could have done a few others but this was getting kind of long and repetitive.
(And also since I'm here yeah idk what I'm doing with this blog at the moment. I keep entertaining the idea to coming back, if just so I can write their story, but yeah it's not going very smooth)

Conclusion: I'm slowly getting back into it over here! I'm gonna try finishing up some of these drabble so the plot actually moves forward when I come back. Thanks y'all for your patience! I'll probably post a starter call some time after finals and post these drabbles if they're done.
Warning: I am kinda making a huge (like seriously massive) jump in the story line over the course of three or five drabbles so in order to keep up to date with this shitshow of a blog please read them if you can! Blog Going on Hiatus
I haven't the most active here as it was so I decided it was about time to announce I'm officially going on hiatus until I get more muse back. I'll still respond to IMs and I'll likely stay active on my personal and my other rp blog. I'm not sure how long this break will last honestly, maybe a month or two at the most, but when I do get back I plan on making a starter post to get right back in the swing of things

Gaster looked away from Gen for a moment then down at Dead Soul. âAh, for now I have been calling them Dead Soul by their request, but that is not their real name. I believe they are lost.â
âIs that why you brought them back?â Gen asked. Then he extended a hand to the soul âCan I try finding your verse?â
âYes I was hopping you could try.â
âOf course I can try! You know Soul, you feel familiar to me! Maybe I have already been to your verse?â
They didnât know how to answer to that. Dead Soul grasped for memories, strings of whatever they could. They almost had nothing, before a fleeting thing, a string of memory so small they would of missed it, appeared. Dead Soul grabbed at it, metaphorically, of course. It gave little, only that something bad had happenedâŠ
How very helpful that had beenâŠ

In all the excetment he had failed to give them his name! It wasnât every day you met a lost soul, but that was no reason to lose your manners too. âI am Gen, this is my brother Glass, and you have already met our father!â He beamed at Glass and Gaster in turn then smiled down at Dead soul once more.
âFamiliarity is good.â
He nodded his head. âYes, even if neither of us can place it, just having it will make tracing your origins much easier.â
He seemed confident he could find their world, so it was with a bit of confusion that he opppened his eyes. âIt does usually take me a while to find things, but I can not even feel a traceâŠâ
There was no path no faint indication where the soulâs origin was . It was like they just were. They were and they would be and there was nothing for him or them or anyone else to grab onto.
The names sounded incredibly familiar⊠as ifâŠ
Ping.
It was like someone brushing away fog with a broom, like Dead Soul couldâve heard a pin drop it was so clear. She remembered the names, if not exact times or places or conversations, then the meanings behind them.
She remembered that Gen had been kind to her, though not how, and that Glass had been too, although reluctantly. She hadnât known Gaster, nothing resonated like the others. She gave a short pulse of blue, her Soul humming just slightly.
She wouldâve been excited, incredibly happy to have remembered something, if she were able too.
âOh! I remember you! At least a little bit⊠not much, but it is something!â she said, trying to sound excited even though she couldnât feel it.
âWell thatâs good at the very least!â Gen cheered. Even if their timeline remained a mystery, it was good that Dead Soulâs memories were beginning to return. âNow Iâm puzzled where we have met before. Glass do you remember?â
Glass really didnât, he thought heâd remember seeing a dark human soul floating about. But- He wasnât as good at recognizing resonances as Gen, but he could still feel them. They were familiar. Somehow.
He shrugged with nonchalance. "Nah."
âOh, well Iâm sure weâll remember soon!â Gen didn't seem too bothered by his lapse in memory, choosing to smile down at the soul rather than worry about it.
âYou know It has been a while since a human soul has entered the Underground, even if you are not from our verse.â He remarked.

TEXT: Thanks Glass put his own phone down and closed his eyes. He wasnât even in his bed, but itâs not like it would have made a difference if he was. Even lying down properly he would have found it hard to relax. It was one thing to close your eye sockets and another to actually sleep. As tired as he was, and knowing Leo was waiting for him, habit told him he shouldnât. That if he drifted off, he would only wake up with a soul stopping jolt and feel even less rested than when he had shut his eyes. But even so, instinct had to wear out eventually and Glass was at the point where it only took him a few moments to drift off entirely.
Leo could find dreams to enter, but he wasnât sure how it worked, really. There was just this⊠this feeling. If he concentrated, he could sense who was asleep, at least vaguely. If heâd been in someoneâs dream before, they felt different, like theyâd been marked. Someone having a nightmare had another, stronger feeling. The more terrible the nightmare, the more powerfully he could sense it. Someone from a different world, of course, usually felt extremely faint, if he could sense them at all. But because he knew Glass, and was actively searching for him, he found his friend almost immediately after he fell asleep.
He arrived in a flash of silver light, dropping lightly into the snow. âGlass?â
Glass was a bit off from where Leo landed. His hands were in his pockets, but his head was up staring into the trees. At the flash of silver that came in time with Leoâs arrival, Glass flinched, but then he grinned when he saw him. âHey.â Even in a dream he looked exhausted. On the outside he actually didnât seem much more tired than he usually did, but something about him was, muted perhaps.
There was something about the place that didn't make it feel quite like Snowdin. Sight kept insisting there was something standing in the corner of your vision, but if you turned to look there'd be no one there.
Glass turned around to look into the trees one last time before walking over.

Shattered Ignorance

âYou just woke up? Just in the snow?â How unusual. Unless he was Glass and he took a nap outside, it really wasnât normal. And Jay wasnât Glass, so it really didnât my make any sense at all!
He addressed Jayâs next question. âBy teleporting! That is the simplest term to call it anyway. I honestly donât know who it works exactly, but it is quite simple!
âHold on,â he advised, âIâll show you!â
Gen wouldnât normally rush a jump, especially with someone who was unfamiliar with the magic, but he thought it was best to get them out of the cold as soon as possibly. They were shivering, and creatures that shivered and needed warmth didnât make a habit of dwelling in cold places.
He brought them to the living room. One moment they were in the woods the next they werenât. A little disorienting and dizzying, but it really was like blinking and sudenly being in another room. âSee? Simple as that!â
âTele-?â
Jayâs question was cut off abruptly as Gen transported them away. They swayed back in surprise. Xâs claws were digging into their shoulder. âWhat in the caex? What kind of magic was that!?â They hadnât seen him gather any energy at all - it just happened. One second they were out in the snow, and the next⊠where were they, anyway?
They looked around their new surroundings, taking note of anything of use - exits, doorways, tools. X recovered quickly from the shock and promptly jumped down off of Jayâs shoulder, then curled up on the couch. Jay raised an eyebrow. âWell youâre sure making yourself at home.â The cat flicked his ear.
Jay looked back at Gen. âI take it this is your house, then?â It was a hell of a lot better than outside, that was for sure.
There was an exit to the outside just behind them actually. Through the window above the couch Jay could see dim, snowy streets and lights from both houses and light crystals alike. A coffee table sat in front of the couch and a tv was stationed on the far wall across from it.
If Jay were to peer through the kitchen, then he would see another door leading out to the woods in the back.
A set of stairs led to the second level, but that was it. It wasnât a very big house.
Gen addressed their question. âIt was my magic?â That was the only explanation he had. Not many monsters could teleport or jump to different verses. As far as he knew, he and Glass were the only current ones in Snowdin, possibly the entire Underground!
Then he smiled, ever he proper host. âIt is! Feel free to make yourself at home as well! Would you like some tea?â A hot drink would help them warm up faster wouldnât it?
Jay raised an eyebrow. âGee, that explains so much, thanks.â Instead of pursuing the matter further, they flopped down on the couch next to X, messing up the fur on the catâs head on the way. X promptly began taking a bath to remedy this. Jay snorted.
âSure, I could go for some tea.â It wasnât often they were in a house that they werenât there to rob, much less one where they were offered tea. The offer was especially compelling since they were still wet and slightly shivering from the snow - not that theyâd ever admit it.
They glanced down at X, who was still trying to get his fur back in order. âGot anything a cat might like?â Sure, they could go looking for something themself, but they just sat down. If Gen was already getting tea, he could find something for X, too.
Hey, when you live out in the streets, you take what you can get.
Gen appeared unbothered by any traces of cold he may have felt, though he did try to kick the bits of snow off of his boots before entering into the house any further. âWe might.â Gen responded as he walked into the kitchen. Then he poked his head back just a moment later âEr, what do cats normally eat?â It would all have magic in it one way or another, but from what he understood thier understandings of magic differed a bit. Cats ate meat yes? Fish, chicken?
