Hello everyone just a quick drop in um im ok! I was in a long social isolation due to depression and rebuilding my life and friendships etc. I am soon moving into a new house and stuff and hopefully will be back into rp and tumblr and normal stuffs!

O k I am actually I think I'm actually gonna remake this blog and the Mama north blog and Iaaku blog I always wanted so I can kinda get back into my characters again I think it'd be funner than coming onto a blog w a million drafts w relations I forgot and just blegh it's just more depressing than fun to see stuff I owe etc. Ofc I mean Iil is still gonna have relations and pasts w characters who choose they still wanna keep them. (Like @kettiroghestar and @ulvinorden her brother and boyfriend respectively lol) But also Iaaku and K'unerna will get to form relations too. (All separate blogs not same) I just kinda wanna fresher start
Honestly little Iiliit though. She was really unscrupulous and had an intense stare and rarely talked since as a child in her group, her opinion didn’t matter much. She also had a really kinda square like more defined jaw, this is more of what she woulda looked like features wise as a kid. Though her skin was much darker.
Since she grew up and developed much more during the beginning of Danish-Norwegian rule thanks somewhat due to their introduction of Greenland to another country and an end to actual isolation. (That gets more complicated bc Danish monopolies etc etc but this isn’t a post on that.)
Her features started to soften and the overall shape looks more like this:
Her skin was this shade as a child was akin to this:

Though it most likely won’t darken to anything much lighter than the average Greenlandic woman’s skin today.
But yeah that’s a bit of just kinda changes she went through after the 1700′s. Nothing too dramatic just softer face features and a tiny bit lightening w her skin. My headcanon with nations is they tend to slowly change with their people to better represent them. So since Danish/Greenlandic mixing in the 1700′s, Iiliit has slowly begun to look more of a mixed Greenlander, but, she will most likely stay very close to what she is.
Iaaku, is more a general representative for mixed Greenland and he looks like this, he will have a (better) account soon.
Then lastly, my North Greenland is a pure Inuit representation...Which I will introduce soon in a full post w the full commission:

I been meaning to post this for a while bc it’s been kinda close to how i see iil’s body for a long time now it’s like
Pear shaped with small breasts but also bigger hips and kinda a chubby tummy and bigger legs. She’s definitely kinda got that overweight but also active kinda body. She’s about 5′1″ (154 cm) with A cup breasts even though the average is a B due to the fact she’s somewhat underdeveloped as a land and physically. She has a small frame and a healthy weight would be between 106-118 lbs so she’s about 125 lbs (about 56 kg) because she’d be a bit over due to diet habits in Greenland but her active life style kinda balances it out somewhat.

Person who had a Greenland OC I’d been following for a bit had decided to do some research. Improved a lot! I was happy for them, barely even noticed their Green looked like mine. I was excited they were into it too. (NOTE: The changes that looked like close to iil (so they think I guess I see a lot of differences personality + looks wise but ok) were done like. It had been 5 days. Notice I’ve had Iiliit look like this since 2012 when I made her.....And I have tons of commissions from 2013 to now.)
My thoughts: Oh!! They wanna talk about Greenland w me yay ok this is cool ^ ^ I’ve been following them a while I’ve seen their progress in the past two months this is chill.
My thoughts: Ok they wanna know when I made my OC are they suspicious or something...? Maybe they’re insecure I get it I have had that too! (Also i lied bc iil was always dark skinned but the first version had white hair lol.)
My thoughts: Oh geez the dot dot dot are they ok did I sAY SOMETHING WAIT. I must threaten them maybe they’ve seen how long I’ve been around or whatever omg i used to feel jUST LIKE THIS....So I genuinely felt bad like I was serious complimenting her changes it looked much better than her old Greenland (who was pale and white) I was happy for her. I used to be super insecure going looking after every Green w paranoia who looked similar to Iil or had similar traits but I let it go bc it was petty and dumb.

My thoughts: In all honesty I can’t lie and even my dad noticed bc I was w him going out to eat. My heart dropped like a rock. I felt really hurt by this bc I had never in my LIFE stolen another character, traits or looks......and I’ve had it done to me a lot. So I was like, idk, I thought they wanted to discuss our characters, not basically accuse me of theft?
BUT this next part is why I’m spilling this bc it rly annoyed me a lot.
My thoughts: Well I have proof from 2015 on my Instagram my Greenland looked like this back then AND also proof from erinivoq-archived my old account which was my first ever account goes back to 2012 which I wanted to share. I genuinely thought “ok I’ll give her proof I get she’s upset.....” And I was blocked. Which hurt more bc.....I know I didn’t steal and she thought I did and I really really hurt,,, Like I’d been following their progress they’d been following my cat posts it was mutual. I wanted a good happy ending. But then 10-15 minutes passed and I was unblocked.
But like. No apology. Nothing. I never stole. I never would dream of it.
I even posted this to my account after like here’s good proof post from 2012 and one from 2015 of iil.
But yeah, I may delete this later. Just wanted to get it out off my chest bc I legit couldn’t even enjoy my lunch w my dad I was legitimately hurt we couldn’t get along bc she thought I stole from her.....like i get the initial thought but when I say I have proof I’m blocked? It just made no sense.

Greenlands indepedence from Denmark may see a decline in climate related policy in the country since increased warming could potentially reveal huge, currently inaccessible oil reserves. This would transform and boost greenlands economy and political position. If independence fails, it may then fall to Denmark to decline extraction of the oil reserves.
Okay, so - Inuit mythology time! Again! Let's talk about core principles for Intuit mythos, which I've somehow missed out during our past conversations. Inuit world consists of many worlds existing beneath the sea (which served a portal to Sedna's underwater realm), far above the atmosphere, one of said worlds was our own Earth. Two of the worlds serve as the afterlife: 1st one is the one underneath the waves, ruled by Sedna. This is the land of eternal (polar) night, stillness and coldness. 1/?

The second afterlife was the one inhabited by the Sun Goddess (not Malina, but a separate, much more important deity), a land of the midnight sun and white nights where plants and animals were plenty. People born in mainland Canada, Greenland, Alaska etc . would go to this afterlife after death. Angakoks (shamans) could travel to all these worlds through the use of drugs, trances, dances etc. and were hailed
