Okay so. My mom’s been on my case about eating more and today I told her I was going to the gym and she asked me to eat something before I went because she was afraid I’d faint so I was like aight lemme have a peach because I don’t wanna hurt my mama.

Guys.

Dudes.

Bitches.

And hoes.

It was the best workout of my life.

I normally can burn like 600 calories in a workout on a good day. Today I burned twice that. I also didn’t feel like absolute shit the entire time. I only got a little dizzy after I really pushed myself on the stairclimber and normally I’m dizzy 10 fucking minutes into the workout. I felt so good. Those 46 extra calories let me burn 600 more than I would have.

I suggest if you’re restricting wait until half an hour before your workout to eat. It’ll be worth it. Trust me. I believe in you, bitch! You can fucking do it! 😘

Hey, I have an odd request.

My brother is autistic and loveees this specific penguin. Unfortunately we lost him whilst on vacation a few months ago. The hotel said he was probably taken away by the people who wash the bed sheets.

I would like to find an exact replica of this penguin for my brother. We bought him at the Hogle Zoo in Utah many years ago and they no longer are selling this item.
