Well you're off to a great start! I'd say trying to find resources that explicitly avoid discourse in both the ace and trans communities is your best bet. I don't know about the trans community, but for the ace community you should be able to find more blogs like mine in the tag #asexual safe tag

How did you know you were a biromantic asexual? I’m bisexual but maybe I may be biromantic? I don’t know it’s very confusing for me.

Yeah it can definitely be confusing. I knew I was ace first because I never really had an interest in anyone and didn't understand my friends having crushes on people.

The biromantic part came later when I started my first relationship (we're still together! It's been about 2 and a half years). I realized near the beginning that everything I did with him I would totally be comfortable doing with someone of another gender (for example, 'romantic' touches - hand-holding, cuddling, and kissing).

I never really thought about sex until this relationship and I realized that all the times I 'liked' someone in the past, it was more of in the romantic sense. Liking them meant I thought about going on dates and holding hands with them rather than having sex with them.

Idk if all that makes sense, but overall I didn't realize my romantic orientation until I was in a relationship and realized that the gender of my partner doesn't matter to me.

I just wanted to give an update for anyone stopping by due to the recent popularity of some of my posts. I haven't been active on this blog for about 2 years now. However, I'm not deleting because I want to leave this as a resource for y'all 💜

This blog was created to be a safe space for aces without any disc horse. I encourage you to spread the positivity and use the tag #asexualsafetag for safe posts.

I think I identify more with bi than ace at this point, but that doesn't change the fact that all aces are LGBTQ+ and deserve all the same love and support in the community as other sexualities.

I have no idea what's going on with me because I've only ever had crushes on boys but I've never wanted to have sex with them or anything but if I see a female I sometimes fantasize about them but it never really goes farther than kissing but I've never had a crush on a girl and I was wondering if you could give me some advice because aaaaaaaaggggggghhhgh

It sounds like you could be bicurious but in a romantic sense? I’m not quite sure. Perhaps look up similar definitions and see which you feel most describes how you are feeling. Remember, if you are bi or pan, you don’t have to feel attracted to different genders in the same way.
