Background
Ashara was raised by a single mother alongside their twin Tyrion. Raising two mutant children on her own led their mother to working many jobs and becoming drained, they often struggled financially. Because of this Ashara and Tyrion learned to lean on eachother. Ashara’s relationship with their mother became strained overtime however now in adulthood Ash has made amends with their mother. Throughout their childhood Ash was dependent on Tyrion who at times took an older brother role despite being the same age.
Ashara discovered their powers, at around 13 years old, whilst attempting to help their brother steal a man’s wallet so they could buy themselves dinner. Tyrion had gotten caught, the man grabbing his arm and screaming at him. Ashara, in a panic to help their brother, lifted the man’s arm off him and managed to bring the wallet to them before the two ran. Ashara discovered their empathic powers at around 15. They began to see visions of the emotions around their, however they were very faint and it took Ashara a long amount of time to understand how the ability worked. Ashara has deemed this an ability to “vibe check”.
When they turned 19, Tyrion convinced Ashara to join him on the search for their biological father. Ashara had been worried about the journey but upon arriving and meeting their family they were thankful they had followed their brother to the mansion.
