I was rewatching the Drew segment before mania, and I couldn't help but notice...

The spot where Damien hits Drews head on the steel steps, Drew immediately knows something happened. You'll notice a spot of blood on his finger on the last slide which he wipes off. Then he posted about it on his stories.
