Using points to affect a regular grid with grasshopper has been a very popular tool to create forces in architectural designs. In this quick tutorial you will learn how to apply such technique to your own design.
The logic is pretty simple; the script would find points close to influencing points, omit them and replace them with existing points beyond the searching range.
I was surfing on the Internet and came across "Modular Multiplication" on points which I can remember from middle school we were to draw this by hand, The_so called_ "Eiffel Tower". I've done this earlier when I was learning Grasshopper but with Houdini, you have so much power within the tools that really make differences.
Non-Regular Gradient Blending Logo Practice: Working with gradient mesh has become very popular amongst designers and web-developers. And...Since besides Architecture I've always been interested in these two, I thought I could give a try.

In the road of learning Houdini(which I haven't found any specific use in my architectural projects:)), I've had a lot of fun working with VDB and SDF parameters. I ain't sure, but I think in the near future with more audience, I can walk you through with this nerdy stuff. Find out more here. Peace.
