Fun life update: on Friday I went to urgent care for my dry cough I’d had for a few days and tested positive for strep. Went back yesterday with a tightness in my chest which was first diagnosed as *anxiety* until the radiologist read it this morning and told me it’s viral pnemonia, which they are treating as COVID-19. I’m now being quarantined for 14 days and have to monitor my symptoms and hope they don’t worsen. So far I’m experiencing a cough and tight chest (no fever, body aches, shortness of breath, digestive issues, etc.), but am now worried for my fiancé who most likely won’t be able to work since he’s been possibly exposed. Hoping he doesn’t catch it as 1) his health is most important, but also we have two student loan payments that aren’t federal loans (private loans are a bitch), a mortgage, and car payments 🙃 adulting is not fun on top of a potential COVID 19 diagnosis. We’re getting married in October — determined to kick this virus’ ass and walk down the aisle to him! ❤️
