This is just for myself. But this is day one of my meal prep and daily exercise routine that I am starting. For lunch we had honey garlic chicken over rice with yogurt and fresh fruit. For dinner two servings of potato soup. A midnight snack of two slices of left over pizza. I have a hard time controlling my appetite so this will be a learning process.

I believe that I will stay strong and promise myself a better life style because I'm tired of living the way that I am. You WILL see progress. I will give another update two weeks from now. Until then, adios future me.
