7:30 is sleeping in for me! I didn't out sleep the boys but that's OK! . When I get to sleep in even just a little bit, I feel so much better! Kicking off my morning with some kitchen cleaning and the best part? Can I take a moment and brag on my husband a little bit. I started feeling really crappy mid-afternoon yesterday and I came home and boycotted making dinner - so he handled it. He made shepherds pie and it was great! . Fast forward to today, I woke up and still felt like crap. I slacked and gave the kids toaster strudels for breakfast because, hello easy and frosting? Yes, please. Dinner will consist of grilled cheese or PBJs because he insists I not stand over the stove/oven all evening. (Gourmet, right? 😂) . Our night time routine on soccer nights consists of three things: DiGize to help aide digestion after eating fast food! Lavender to support restful sleep and relaxation!
