it’s just that easy. Instead of being butthurt and making a perfectly normal thing for an artist turn even more disheartening for them while trying to justify it with petty pity parties and guilt trips.

Every artist goes through this. EVERY. ARTIST. Of all levels. It doesn’t matter how good you are or how long you’ve been drawing.

Quit whining and keep doing what you’ve BEEN doing to get better if it bothers you so damn much.

Shit like this upsets me so much and people need to understand that as artists, WE are our worst critics. Not Anon. Not our jobs. Not anyone else. Us. And THAT is what makes us keep getting better and better.

So put on your big girl/boy panties for Christ’s sake and leave other artists be and fess up to the fact that you’re still improving, there will ALWAYS be someone better than you, and putting them down is not going to improve your skills. All its gonna do is make you an asshat. A giant asshat.
