Uh, hey. I'm Dr. Gavin Murphy, a psych resident at Hope Zion, and after my web show 'Ask Gavin' kind of flopped, I thought I would set up the same thing online. Joel made his way into the break room after a rather grueling shift and no relief in sight. Coffee was necessary, even if it was nasty break room coffee. No one else was there except Gavin and Zach’s words were ringing in his ears. Perhaps you should talk to someone — you know, professionally. Joel scoffed it off as he poured his coffee, but he figured he could distract himself in dealing with someone elses problem besides his own. 

         ”Um, hey man.” Joel said, stirring his coffee and moving over toward the table.

Shaking himself out of his thoughts, Gavin looked up at Joel at the sound of his voice. "-Hey."

He couldn't imagine Joel would want to talk to him about Alex, not after his reaction to Gavin suggesting that he would need to talk to deal with what he was going through. Still, he had to check. "You doing okay?"

Guess what, I'm restarting my Saving Hope blogs, yay! I kinda ignored them while the show was on hiatus, but now that it's back I want to play with them again. My Alex will probably be set back up again soon, but there are a few more Alex's now so I'll probably spend more time on Gavin.

Someone needs to make a Dawn. She would be so fun to interact with.

He sat in the staff lounge, as he usually did on his breaks, but he couldn't help but notice the difference. He had grown used to meeting up with Maggie at this time. They would sit in the lounge together, tell each other about their day, and just talk. He sat alone now, having only silence to keep him company. 

Sipping idly at his coffee he wondered what Maggie was doing now, before immediately pushing the thought from his mind. He couldn't just spend all his time thinking about her, as he had been doing since the breakup. Trying to distract himself, Gavin turned his thought to the patient he would be meeting later that afternoon.
