What is EldritchTale?
It’s a little ask blog following the adventures of US was WE play games with the Undertale universe(s)!
In other words, I enjoy thinking about the theology of meta-ness in games. The fandom would completely horrify the characters. We are completely beyond their comprehension and play with them like toys. Our love is torment and chaos, twisting and bastardization. What would they think of us, really?
What is an UltraCode?
It’s a step closer to our reality than an outcode (characters beyond timelines or universes). US and WE capitalized is referring to this.
Who are the UltraCodes?
They’re the US, of course! More specifically, they’re personifications of the fandom. It’s what keeps these characters we love alive. (And also eldritch horrors/gods from the perspectives of the characters.)
