so a long time ago i kept asking your gender. now i look back on that thinking "wow I'm a fucking idiot" i didn't understand people's consent to their gender and what pronoun they go by.

I’m glad you’ve come to learn about it! It got really tiresome getting so many asks from multiple people about my gender. I hated having to sound rude about it all the time.

you have relationship advice? i've been dating my gf for about 2 weeks now, and i really want to do couple things like kiss her cheek and bake her cookies and stuff, and she wants to take it really slow and i'm 100% cool with that. i don't want to pressure her into doing anything she doesn't want to, but i feel like it's going to be a long time before we can do those things b/c i'm not out as bi to my parents and she's worried that her folks will disapprove. i feel like such an ass :/

I would say to just take your time and let things happen when they happen. When I first started dating my boyfriend it took him two weeks into our relationship to just hold my hand and now we’ve been dating for three and a half years! Just take your time and when things become more serious then you can worry about the important stuff like parents. Just focus on yourselves and both of you being happy and comfortable!
