Basically the same destructive mechanism of a personality as his organic version BUT bonus points of this version being an AI fully trained on Peter’s personality and has fully artificial body and mind (by that also he was more vulnerable to “just trying new opportunities for problem solving”). Using his image and morality to achieve the same goals — to save as many people as possible. By any means necessary.

Though maybe uses even more immoral “problem solving methods” then the one mentioned, because as a product of his creator aka fully artificial …”creature”, he doesn’t understand the concept of death and recreation. “Delete” and “create new” working different for organic life forms is something he will never be capable to understand and never wanted to — he thinks he understands everything already as-well being “ultimately better than any blood vessel” and yet has imprinted urge to “still devotedly want to save every single one of you”.

What makes his understanding of relations between him and everyone else even worse - is him being created by someone who has lost the “original” so she wanted to create 1 to 1 copy of him BUT put in his code a little change she always wanted and never got: affection to her with a high priority. Which basically by some time passed broke almost all moral ethics by conflicting with them. And now this “affection” made her “saved” which is questionable to be better than death. And him expecting from everyone else with the same obedience and affection. Otherwise, no need to worry, he will save everyone.

(Just to set the tone of it)

In this version:

1. rebellion won the great universe war with an empire;

2. “original” Peter is dead and is a postmortem hero;

3. the person who was into him could not accept his death (in the original timeline it was really painful to her but she did)

So basically all what changed is her being too determined in her rejection leaving him in peace. And now they have… ugh, “the all saving all caring making sure of an affection determined to send it all across the galaxy and further AI of a dead man with all the best for people intentions by any means necessary”
