The camera is fuzzy, and the person in front of it is glitchy and everything seems to be quite distorted at first.
The camera begins to clear up, and a young boy stands in front of it. He's sweating and looks pretty exasperated, but smiles at the screen nonetheless.
"Finallyyyyyy! This is why I have my peasants to do this stuff for me! Too bad they all disappeared... Oh well!"
He clears his throat, striking a whole different pose before continuing.
"I'm Kokichi Ouma, the Ultimate Supreme Leader! And my first order as the leader of the whole wide world is that you all gimme a promo! Got that? Good! Go do it!"
He chuckles before sighing.
"Okay, maybe that 'leader of the whole world' thing was a lie, but I still want that promo! Effective immediately, peasants!"
